House in Surrey Hills

 I was lucky to be commissioned for a lovely property in the Surrey Hills. My client had two issues. 1.0 Their Kitchen didn’t work and they lacked bedrooms. I relocated or flipped the space planning of the house and relocated the kitchen in the old cinema room which overlooked the pool. As they said I have changed all their lives. I also extended out using permitted development rules and designed a beautiful Orangery which is their main living family space. Really enjoyed working with these clients.
